Introductions of all members present were conducted. No meeting was held last month due to a lack of quorum. TREASURER Greg B. reported a club balance. Treasurer’s report approved. TRUSTEE REPORT – Jim W, KCØWVF reported that the inventory has been updated. We need to determine what equipment to dispose of. Reviewed the inventory. The FT100 is in the trailer; Yaesu747 has no mic or power cord; Cushcraft 147-4 is o­n the Gettysburg tower; there is some Micor 6 meter stuff; 3 – 4 Micor preamps are in an unknown location. KCØWVF moved to allow Jim Z to determine what is to go to auction, second by Dave. Motion passed. This recommendation is now to go to the technical committee for final determination.  Jim W has talked to the state about further tunnel cable removal that has been approved by the state. ACTIVITIES – Jim W – The Pierre Ham Fest is rapidly coming up o­n September 19th. Dave M passed around a sign-up for working at the event. VE Testing at 4 p.m. Dave will call people to get additional help. Jim W moved, Dave M seconded that the club spend up to $500 to purchase NEW door prizes to be selected by the trustees within the next week. OLD BUSINESS – Radar report: None available.  New Jackets: Tam is to report at the next meeting. NEW BUSINESS – Greg H is to set up a calling tree that can be used for emergency and non-emergency call-ups. Greg B will provide a list of paid members for him to work from. GOOD OF THE CAUSE – Greg H reminds everyone that additional help is needed for the hamfest.  Greg H also recommends we have a speaker for each regular meeting starting in October.
